Guardian Angel Staffing is interviewing Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for both Full Time and Part Time Employment opportunities for a Long Term Care Facility in the Wilmore, Kentucky Area.

THESE ARE NOT TRAVEL ASSIGNMENTS.

Candidates must have a strong work history with minimal gaps in their employment, these are floor positions in a long term care facility.

Part Time requires a minimum of two days per week.

Requirements Include But Not Limited To:
Nurse Requirements
1. Active license on Kentucky Board of Nursing in good standing
2. CPR Card
3. TB Skin Test and/or Chest X-Ray
4. Nursing Diploma & Current Nurse CEUs
5. Pass Fingerprint/AOC Background Check and Drug Screening
6. At least 1 year of Long Term Care Facility experience with Point Click Care knowledge preferred.
7. Comply with Covid-19 Policy and Procedures
8. Please make sure to list the following: your license number from the board of nursing, your work history starting with your current employer and list your correct dates of employment.

CNA Requirements:
1. Active license on Kentucky Board of Nursing in good standing
2. CPR Card
3. TB Skin Test and/or Chest X-Ray
4. College Diploma, High School Diploma or GED
5. Pass Fingerprint/AOC Background Check and Drug Screening
6. Current verifiable Long Term Care Facility experience working the floor with a team of patients.
7. Comply with Covid-19 Policy and Procedures
8. Please make sure to list the following: your license number from the board of nursing, your work history starting with your current employer and list your correct dates of employment.

Registered Nurse @ $58-$59/hr
Licensed Practical Nurse @ $45-$46/hr
Certified Nursing Assistant @ $31-$32/hr
